Abstract :
Summary form only given. We investigated the wavelength dependence of the photodegradation quantum efficiency induced by both one photon and two-photon absorption processes in DANS and DR1 electro optical polymers. Plugging those results into a simulation allowed us to predict the evolution of the local dye concentration as a function of the material´s illumination history. In the case of waveguide structures, it can forecast the induced performance evolution.
