Abstract :
In 2013, the IEEE JOURNAL OF SELECTED TOPICS IN QUANTUM ELECTRONICS is incorporating article numbering to each article. The article number consists of the following seven digits: the first two digits represent the topic; the next three digits represent the order of articles within each topic; and the last two digits represent the number of pages for each individual article.
