Abstract :
Ferrite-ceramic composite materials with inductive, capacitive, and impedance properties are fabricated by a solid-state reaction doping method. The composite materials were prepared with metal oxides, MnCO3 and BaTiO3. The doping ions are Co, Bi, Y, Dy and Ca. The complex permeability, capacity and impedance are measured in the 1 MHz to 4 GHz range. Results indicate that this material can be used not only for inductors and resistors but also in capacitors.
