Abstract
The need to oversee the meteorological phenomena evolution in those areas of the Earth which are not covered by ground-based meteorological radar is now possible with spaceborne weather radar. The Spaceborne Weather Radar Simulator (SWRS) is a software program developed to simulate the reflected power from ground, sea and meteorological targets. It has been constructed in such a way to accept inputs concerning both, instrument and target specifications
