Abstract :
Some issues about the design and implementation of the scatterometer of China Advanced Microwave Remote Sensor (AMRS) are proposed. AMRS is the subsequent development of China Multimode Microwave Remote Sensor (M3RS). Scatterometer is one of the three modules of AMRS. It is a pencil-beam scanning scatterometer. A digital processing scheme is developed to carry on the measurement of system noise and to match the Doppler frequency shift and spectrum spread
