Abstract :
ZnO nanofibers were synthesized by sol-gel processing and electrospinning technique using a 1:1 mixture of zinc acetate dissolved in distilled water at a weight ratio of 1:4 and poly vinyl pyrolidone dissolved in absolute ethanol at 1:5 weight ratio as the spinning solution. The fibers were characterized using thermogravimetry, FESEM, XRD and micro Raman spectroscopy.
