Abstract :
Since 1990s supply chain management based on IT integrity is becoming a significant strategic method. More and more construction enterprises in China are striving to improve the organizational structure and collaborative relationship with suppliers by using optimized supply chain pattern. This is being linked tightly with construction supply chain while most project managers focus on the inner and outer environment of enterprise management. In the paper, firstly the basic ideas, characteristics, content, and operational goals of construction supply chain are analyzed roundly. At the same time, the essential factors and main fuzzy problems of construction supply chain in enterprises are discussed further. Then through planning, designing and programming strategic framework of construction supply chain management, the management information system (MIS) model of construction supply chain based on IT is put forward, the optimization and collocation of supply chain integrated information techniques could be gained sufficiently for increasing the competition capability of projects. Finally the value increment process of construction supply chain based on IT is depicted accordingly.
