Abstract :
This paper describes progress in the development and implementation of the new standard for measurements of power and energy in the Laboratory of UTE (designed National Laboratory in Uruguay). It covers both sinusoidal and distorted waveforms. In particular, this paper analyzes computational algorithms based on both temporal analysis and frequency domain analysis.
