Abstract :
This report includes an examination of the equivalent circuit, consisting of capacitance and inductance, used for the approximation of the propagation of electromagnetic waves in slow-wave structure simultaneously the forward and backward harmonics; comparison of the dispersion curves of both actual slow-wave structure and equivalent circuit; the estimation of the parameters of the equivalent circuit according to a numerical modeling with three-dimensional computer code.
