Abstract :
Fabrication of magnetic nanodot array through self-assembled polystyrene nanospheres and reactive-ion etch is reported. The morphology of [Co/Pt]15 nanodots shows a close-packed arrangement that is the same as polystyrene spheres. The nanodots, after applying a strong perpendicular magnetic field, show a single domain behavior.
