Abstract :
The technology of producing the thin films of conjugated polymer coatings based on tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) by the spray and spin-coating methods on a solid substrate was developed and optimized. The optimal mode and conditions of the producing, in which the thickness of the coatings are in the range of 100 nm, was founded. The multi-layer sandwich diode structure was created.
