Abstract
An observer-based decentralized robust stabilizing control problem is studied for a class of interconnected uncertain delayed systems. The uncertainty does not satisfy matching condition and is value bounded. A sufficient condition for decentralized observer-based stabilization feedback control laws is presented using linear matrix inequalities (LMI) method
