Abstract :
Polycrystalline HoMn1-xCoxO3 was synthesized by solid-state reaction. The infrared active phonons of the samples were investigated. The infrared transmission spectra of the sample at x = 0-0.8 doping level was also measured at room temperature. Also, X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to analyze the crystal structure of the samples.
