Abstract
The spectral domain approach is used to analyze boxed microstrip lines and finlines in multilayered lossy substrates with gyroelectric properties. A method to obtain the spectral dyadic Green´s function is reported. Asymptotic techniques are used to enhance convergence of the spectral series. The root searching process is improved using the properties of the analytical complex functions
