Abstract :
The spinel ferrite FexCo3-xO4 thin film was prepared on silicon substrate by sol-gel method. The evolution of structural, magnetic, and optical properties of Fe composition in the film was investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), Mossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and spectroscopic ellipsometry.
