  • Abstract
    We present an iterative algorithm that computes the eigenvalues of a sample covariance matrix in a fully decentralized fashion as a sequence of average consensus steps. The algorithm is used to implement various eigenvalue-based signal detectors in distributed cognitive radio networks.
