Intelligent personnel management system research based on human element model

Human element is a good model to describe human being scientifically. This model can be divided into two parts which are all particular matter elements and can describe the objective properties and subjective ideas of a person or a group of people, respectively. By using this model one can give a good description of human being in the computer. In this paper we give the primary discussion on the intelligent personnel management system by using the artificial intelligence, expert decision support system, matter element analysis, set pair analysis and other subjects.
