Abstract :
This paper discusses the solution to mono-language problem of enterprise information publishing and management systems (EIPMS) based on the Web technique, which meaning that most of the information publishing and management systems in China can only provide Chinese information and can not use the worldwide popular codes. A translation technique, the multidimension translation technology (MDTT), is one of the key technologies to this problem. Under the research and development of a large information publishing and management system, such as EIPMS, this paper presents the details of MDTT
