Abstract :
A new technique has previously been proposed by the authors to prepare a composite of conducting and insulating polymers by mixing insulating polymers with conducting polymer coated insulating polymer species, whose shape and size can be controlled. The electrical conductivity of the mixtures made by this method range from the insulator to the metallic region depending on the concentration of conducting polymer coated insulating polymer species. In the present paper, the conduction and dielectric properties of the composite are studied at concentrations near the percolation threshold
