Abstract :
Micromagnetic calculations of the magnetic domain walls in 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional nanocontacts of permalloys were reported. The magnetic domain wall at 3D-nanocontact is smaller than that of 2D-nanocontact thus it is more adequate for domain wall confinement and large magnetoresistance effect.
