Abstract
At present the majority of EPIRB (emergency radio show bit ship-standard) system used in whip antenna wave fluctuations in work, work performance will be affected and this will cause alarm signals´ reception problems, so it´s difficult to position signal transmitter´s location accurately. The subject using CST software design and then analyzing, comparing the structural characteristics, parameters and performances of the rectangular loop antenna, the micro strip antenna and the spiral antenna, has gain a new 1.6GHz EPIRB antenna. The antennas meet the design requirements, with the small structure size, low cost, low profile and easiness of integration and so on.
