Abstract
Fine magnetic pole pitch of less than 1 mm fabricated on printed circuit board with different magnetic poles on single and dual layer structures were analyzed. The central consecutive magnetic poles of magnetic flux density distributions were measured using a Hall probe. The measured values were found in agreement with the calculated values.
