Abstract :
Considers a process in a catalytic reactor where two reactions take place: one leads to forming an objective product B, and another, given a by-product C. The authors propose a relaxative algorithm which does not use optimization with respect to the parameter. There is no need to illustrate efficiency of the algorithm by a concrete example, since it follows from the increment formulas considered for the concrete types of problems. The final part of the paper contains a scheme of global minimum search, where the algorithm of local optimization is auxiliary
