Abstract
The problem of designing a stabilizing fuzzy controller is studied for a class of continuous time-delay systems with norm-bounded time-varying parametric uncertainty. Based on the fuzzy model of the controlled system, sufficient conditions are first derived for the existence of fuzzy controllers, then a design procedure and a parametrized representation of the stabilizing fuzzy controller is given in terms of the feasible solutions to a certain linear matrix inequality.
