A fuzzy control system on industrial evaporation process

Abstract :
Based on the analysis of complexity of the industry evaporation process and the difficulty of implementing automatic control over the process, a fuzzy control system with a fuzzy feedforward compensator is designed. The control system mainly consists of an STD industrial computer and frequency converters. The real production shows that using the system can reduce the coal and power consumption, and also improve evaporation quality of the material
