Abstract :
This paper explores the reason why the traditional fuzzy controller produces the static error and can not be eliminated. Faced with this shortcoming, a novel fuzzy controller that can overcome the static error effectively is proposed. This controller can proceed with the variable structure control and adaptive control without the smooth transition problem according to the different stages of the control process. Consequently, this controller improves the performance of the dynamic state and overcomes the static error, which gives a new idea for the control of the large time-delay
