Abstract :
We consider the coupling between two coils as a gradient image. For this purpose a derivation by Biot-Savart´s law is used, which describes the mutual inductance between two current circuits arbitrary positioned in space. The coupling factor will be derived as a parameter of the inclination angle and for a whole spatial environment. These gradient images will provide information on the stability of weak couplings with respect to fluctuations of the arrangement.
