Abstract :
With the severity of market competition, planning and scheduling play an important role in modern enterprises. Because the traditional planning and scheduling strategies ignore the resources restriction and exogenous events, they can not monitor the process of the task quickly. In the paper, we propose a planning and scheduling structure based on timed Petri nets. The structure consists of several modules, among them the reference PN model synchronizes the affect of resources restriction and a monitor PN model watches accidents, so the manager can repair the planning and scheduling strategy or replan and reschedule according to the structure
