Abstract
The development trend of industry production management comes from information and process integration with enterprise integration. Supply chain management (SCM) is a big trend in enterprise integration. The paper presents the definition and the requirements of enterprise SCM and discusses the modeling method of SCM based on ARIS and the optimization, planning and execution of SCM based on SAP/R3. A real SCM example also is discussed and presented
