Abstract :
Vendor selection is a key decision problem in the agile supply chain. The selection of proper vendors has a great effect on the performance of supply chain. In this paper, requirements to the vendor selection in the agile supply chain management system are analyzed. Also, the selection criteria and their description are introduced. The selection method based on the strategic level and operational level is presented. Finally, the total scheme chain is summarized
