Abstract

The computerised management system of production control in Fu Shun Special Steel Company has been developed for improving the production management, reducing the production cost, and increasing the production efficiency. The system kernel is the production planning, and the production control management is based on the liquid steel temperature and work schedule. The system provides the functions that includes online supervision of each production equipment status, periodic liquid steel temperature prediction, real time status displays and historical data query
