  • Abstract
    More and more companies need to adapt themselves at the RoHS (restriction on use of certain hazardous substances) compliance challenges. This paper has presented an integration framework based on RoHS compliance declaration based on smart document and XML database. This declaration uses SOAP technology for enabling IT flexibility, for accessing multiple operating systems and complex network environments. It also makes use of XML technology to gain in reuse and robustness.
