Abstract :
This paper considers the concept of a probability modifier and applies it in two completely different ways. In the first approach, probability modifiers are used in the design of computer war games to generate probabilities with several desirable properties. In the second approach, probability modifiers are transformed via two operators to produce families of probability density functions. This transformation is then analyzed using the concept of tipping point, previously introduced by these authors, to the problem of risk analysis in scenario outcomes of computer war games.
