Abstract :
The biomass energy is a kind of renewable resources. After using the prototyping machine to press bio-energy into block in ordinary temperature, it can be used as a fuel. This paper introduces a kind of two-way extrusion fuel prototyping machine, which can transform crop stalks into the biomass energy by normal forming technology. This system uses Siemens S7-200 PLC as the control core, and by programming achieve manually/automatic dual control. Combining with the communication configuration, each picture configuration and alarm configuration of touch screen, it can real-time monitoring the system, and also will enhance the reliability, stability and visibility. The two-way extrusion of biomass block fuel prototyping machine has made a lot of extrusion prototyping test for crop stalks such as corn, soybean and sesame, and achieved good effect.
