Abstract :
The paper proposes a single neuron PI controller based on the characteristics of the DC variable speed system in mechanical vibratory stress control and vibration welding processes. The neural speed controller is designed for DC variable speed system that has resonant load. Simulation experiments and real-time control results show that the effectiveness of this control system is satisfactory. The system has not only good dynamic and static performance, but also high robustness and adaptive ability, and it is very suitable for real-time control
