  • Abstract
    Based on the control requirements of electrical transmission automation control system in furniture coating pipeline, PLC, inverter, sensor, touch screen etc were adopted to build a control system with five motors as the transmission shaft. The main control program modules such as releasing trolley control, pushing plate control, speed control, tension PID control had been worked out to control transmission system effectively. The control software of the system was designed in the FXGP_WIN-C environment to realize various control functions. Man-machine interface was designed in HITECH ADP6.1.1.02 environment not only to realize parameters monitoring such as pipeline status, manufacturing speed, status display and alarm records etc, but also achieve system parameters setting and emergency handing.
