Abstract
By building the uniform mathematic model of steering and suspension system, both of which are the main components of the chassis, using Matlab/Simulink, combining with the LQR control theory, contrastive research is done between the system of passive suspension and front wheel steering, the simple united control system of four wheel steering and active suspension control system and the integrated control system. The theory analysis and simulation test indicate the integrated control system can greatly improve ride and handling performance of vehicle.
