  • Abstract
    This work treats the study of the power balance of a high voltage power supply for microwaves generators, used in various industrials applications, from its modeling with Matlab-Simulink. The power supply uses a single-phase high voltage transformer with magnetic shunts supplying a cell voltage doubler and current stabilizer composed of a capacitor and a diode. This doubler supplies in its output one magnetron. The model already developed for the special leakage flux transformer is a p quadruple composed of storable inductances able to translating the nonlinear saturation phenomena for stabilization of the magnetron current. Each Inductance of the model is characterized by its non-linear relation "flux-current" which the principle of determination has the advantage to be simple and directly obtained from the construction parameters of the transformer. The voltage and current curves obtained by simulation are compared with experimental one. The same curves will allow us to plot the instantaneous microwave power absorbed by the magnetron. This will lead to determining the average power emitted by the magnetron, and establish the balance of the power microwave generator by computing the performance, and compared with that obtained from experimental.
