  • Abstract
    The bus arbiter chip has been widely used in many fields of industry control. An excellent arbitration algorithm, the dynamic and static mixture algorithm, is described in this paper. The design method of this algorithm is introduced in detail, and the Verilog HDL description is also given. The dynamic and static mixture algorithm is a two-level arbitration algorithm, which gives attention to equality as well as priority. This algorithm is of reference value in the design of industrial bus arbiter chip, as well as in other systems
