Abstract :
Industrial CT system is a precision instrument for internal structure and defects inspection of complex objects. High precision X-ray data must be acquired in real-time and transmitted exactly. As a important part of the industrial CT system, data acquisition system must meet the above requirements. In this paper we propose the design and realization of the data acquisition system based on the switched integrator amplifier, present the circuit diagram and some result in detail, and introduce the synchronized trigger module designed by FPGA in our industrial CT system.
