Abstract :
CO2 emission is a corner point of electricity generation. Many optimization techniques are known but the decision makers don´t find the right global power mix for the World. The paper investigates the causes of the contradictions related to the traditional optimization techniques: the different priorities, spatial spreading and optimization levels. A new Reverse Weighted Multi Objective Optimization (RWMOO) solution offers to find a relative good solution in the space that cannot be optimized.
