Abstract :
At present, there are some problems in the detection and evaluation test of several large caliber guns. For example, test data are abnormal and the sensors are damaged abnormally. Through analyzing recoiling movement of gun recoil brake, according the mathematic model of recoiling movement, indicate the reason why the interior chamber pressure has a large error between the traditional calculation and the firing test. Propose an indirect testing and calculating method for interior chamber pressure of recoil brake. That is based on QPSO, correct the hydraulic resistance coefficient and bring the modified calculating results of recoiling displacement and the testing results in accord. An example proves the pressure based on the method can be more accurate to reflect the actual pressure change. Furthermore, an effective means is provided to solve the problem that is hard to measure the interior chamber pressure accurately in the tests.
