Abstract :
An online spindle rotation error measurement system based on three point method is proposed in this paper, in which the influences on measurement accuracy caused by different orientation angles of the sensors are analyzed. Besides, the method of optimizing values is investigated to reduce the harmonic suppression resulting from transfer function. Finally, the overall structure of the system is introduced in details. The analysis of the experiments shows that it is feasible and effective to use the proposed methods for online-measuring spindle rotation error.
