Abstract :
Using an electromagnetic lock as the key control unit, the laser pulse extractor has been designed. It can extract any single pulse in the multi-pulse sequence within the range of 1-25 Hz frequency, which provides study methods for the multi-pulse impulse and energy test. The characteristics of the residual magnetism for the electromagnetic lock are analyzed. Then a laser pulse shutter has been designed with the laser spot diameter less than 100 mm, the total mass of moving parts lower than 0.7 kg, and the elastic coefficient of the extension spring higher than 1.5 N/mm. Furthermore a time sequence controller with the function of multi-pulse counting and time sequence control for extracting specious pulse are designed. The result shows that: from the trigger signal to the end of shutting laser pulse, the time delay of the laser pulse shutter is about 26 ms, less than the design requirement of 40 ms. In the 1st-25th multi-pulse sequences of 25 Hz frequency, the time sequence controller is set at No. 13. The two laser pulse shutters work normally, blocking the 1st-12th and 14th-25th pulses, and the 13th pulse is extracted.
