Abstract :
Summary form only given. Knowing the ozone concentration is very important for raising the ozone yield and the analysis of discharged effect. In previous research, the measurement of ozone concentration using UV absorption technique on the condition that plate electrode (Ground) and wire electrode (High Voltage) is parallel w as done by Frank Hegeler and H. Akiyama1. The ozone concentration used UV absorption technique is effective only if the ozone concentration of the light path is constant. Therefore, it is difficult to measure ozone concentration for possibility which the ozone concentration of the light path is not constant such as using the large or unsteady flow field or non-uniform electric field Ozonizer. Our final goal is to measure the ozone concentration of points from horizontal ozone concentration and vertical ozone concentration. In this research, the construct of ozone concentration system of vertical direction from ground electrode and th e ozone concentration measurement of vertical direction was done.
