Abstract :
The inclined status of platform of optical equipment is significant for the measuring work of the equipment. Traditional way in measuring and adjusting the inclined status of optical platform was low in precise and speed, so a set of precise angle-measuring system was designed to solve the problem. Two orthogonal electronic tilt sensors are used to measure the tilt angle. Sampling precision of sensor output voltage was improved by applying median filter. Moreover, for eliminating the affection caused by environment temperature, BP neural network was adopted to fuse the output voltage signal and environment temperature signal. Experiment result shows that the real-time measuring system is significant in improving the equipment to be more intelligent with high measuring speed and precision.
