Abstract
With the improvement of the capability of the Internet and spread of its overcastting area, it is possible to transmit industrial field data in a long distance on the Internet and display them on a remote PC. And controlling field data collection on the Internet is a great improvement for data sampling devices. Based on embedded processor LPC2100 and Ethernet interface controller RTL8019AS, hardware of data collecting module is designed in this paper. In the software design of the module, embedded real time operating system, uC/OS- II, is transplanted into the LPC2210. And the TCP/IP protocol is realized based on SOCKET API provide by ZLG/IP. The module can collect 8-channel analog signals in timing; transmit the collecting data to the Internet on the protocol of TCP/IP; and realize the long-distance transmitting of field industrial data on the Internet. The hardware diagram and main part circuit is given in details. The flowcharts of software design illustrate the procedure of programming.
