Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of a container terminal and shorten the turnaround time of ship in harbor, a coordinated scheduling strategy for berth and quay crane allocation based on MAS theory is put forward aiming at the relevance of berth and quay crane scheduling. Berth and quay crane are abstracted as distinct autonomy agent. The scheduling process is based on the interaction among multi agent. Simulation results show that the MAS scheduling strategy behaviors better than the central dispatching strategy.
