Abstract
For aero-engine tip clearance measurement requirements under different running state, this paper presents a high-energy X-ray digital radiography inspection system based on the linear accelerator and scintillation screen coupled cooled CCD camera. The system uses a high conversion efficiency, high-resolution scintillation screen combine high-sensitivity CCD cameras for the digital X-ray transparent image acquisition, and analysis of tip clearance and other changes in the internal structure to get the dynamic measurement of displacement through image processing. In order to verify the feasibility of the system design, experimental research is presented and discussed.
