Abstract :
Railway coach system has been developed from simple and single to integrated and intelligent electric devices. Now, as PLC system has failed to meet the requirement of rapid development of coach system because of its resource constraints, in order to overcome limitation of the current system, improve the integral performance and central control, realize uniform control and information platform, the system architecture of railway coach electric safety monitoring system is put forward in the paper, and relevant hardware and software system is designed. The system has been applied to the Chinese 25T train, and also can operate in other public transport such as metro subway, light rail, and MARC train.
